Union Powered started 15 years ago when we built custom software for our local Steel union and their thousands of members. We strongly supported the union through Union Powered software with hundreds of grievances and several changes in employer ownership. As a result, they are still using our system today. A large industrial union was looking for a solution, and they were unhappy with what was available on the market. That's when we decided to develop a full, scalable enterprise system to help Unions. A software that is both standardized to leverage the best processes, but also extremely customizable for every organization.
