Hello, I’m Karen Sibal, the heart behind the Seniors Grief Circle. My journey through grief, marked by many personal losses and caregiving, has fueled my mission to support others. I’ve worked with older adults for over 15 years, including 7 years in family counselling. I’m a functional medicine certified health coach with training in positive psychology, a grounding expert and a published author. With empathy at my core, I’ve transformed my pain into a source of strength and hope for many people at midlife dealing with the loss of a loved one. I bring real conversations, expert knowledge, and a nurturing community to those in mourning.
