Cognidyn Engineering and Design commenced business in Red Deer, Alberta on August 26, 2002. The name Cognidyn is derived from two words; Cognitive and Dynamic, reflective of the firms' design philosophy of "Forward Thinking". We offer professional engineering consulting services to the general public and construction industry representatives in the fields of structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering and basic architectural design. We have completed over 3200 projects ranging in size from the smallest home renovation to commercial and industrial projects valued at up to $40 million.
