Participants work and learn alongside horses to complete various obstacle courses. Through the challenges, participants develop individual skills to help combat behavioral disorders, low self-esteem, bullying, drug abuse, emotional issues, anxiety and depression. Why a horse? A horse constantly reacts to the participant's internal emotions. They don't judge or lie, they are honest and provide instant and feedback. Through this creative learning program participants will acquire strength-based skills such as communication, listening, problem solving, a better understanding of body language, personal boundaries, trust, respect, empathy, confidence, communication, teamwork, encouraging personal and professional development.
