Services include wine tasting workshops, bar equipment sales, international cocktail classes, team building, and job placement services as well as the preparation and service of drinks. Students learn mixology through a simulated service experience at a mock bar and through the use of real liquor products, fresh ingredients and garnishes. We are the only school in Vancouver that offers this level of training. Modern Bartenders understand cocktail history, drink balancing, and personalized service.
