Rêvant de faire du fromage à partir du lait de notre troupeau nous avons concrétisés notre projet de construire la fromagerie en 2004. Nous travaillons en étroite collaboration, Stéphane prend soin du troupeau et s'occupe des travaux de la ferme. Moi Chantale, je dirige la production fromagère.
