The Original Balkan Restaurant grill in Darlinghurst was first fired up in 1964 and has been operated by the same Croatian family ever since. The Balkan has always been known and loved for it's warm and friendly atmosphere, excellent European style cuisine and generous portions. Cevapi (Spicy sausage),Raznici (pork skewers), poached Tasmanian mussels and whole Barramundi are specialties of the house and have made the Balkan famous.
