Our friendly and supportive team offer Personal Training, a wide variety of Les Mills group exercise classes, yoga, reformer Pilates, supervised child play, free breakfast, weight loss and nutritional guidance. We also have an accredited Exercise Physiologist on site with health fund and Medicare rebate available. We have state-of-the-art equipment, free Wi-Fi and, of course, qualified, experienced staff who are motivated to empower our members to shine!
