We believe in a cancer free future. There are things that we can all do every day to help make this happen.
Every year in NSW alone, more than 48,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed, and the impact on families, carers and communities is significant.
Together with our volunteers, supporters, stakeholders and staff, we are committed to reducing the impact of cancer on individuals and the community, and to lessening the burden for people affected by cancer.
We are the only organisation that works across every area of every cancer:
conducting and funding world-class research that underpins our work across the cancer journey
preventing cancer
supporting people as they navigate the cancer journey
advocating to ensure that governments take action on cancer.

DonateLife SA was formed in 1996 to coordinate all organ and tissue donor activities across the state. It was previously known as the South Australian Organ Donation Agency (SAODA).
It is also part of the national DonateLife (opens in a new window) network linked in to the Australian Organ and Tissue Authority (AOTA).
DonateLife SA's clinical staff include Donation Specialist Nursing Coordinators (DSNCs). They work with Donation Medical Specialists, nurses and transplant unit staff at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Flinders Medical Centre, the Women's and Children's Hospital, Lyell McEwin Hospital and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
DonateLife SA encourages all South Australian families to make an informed decision about becoming an organ and tissue donor, to register their decision on the Australian Organ Donor Register (opens in a new window) and to discuss and know each other's wishes.

CatholicCare, previously known as Centacare, has grown from the grass roots of volunteering to the leading not-for-profit community organisation we are today. We started in 1957 with a very humble and noble premise, to help people. This has not changed or wavered in 60 years.
From the extensive coastline, to the Snowy Mountains, to the rolling hills and flat plains out west, our geographical diversity reflects our client base and the wide range of support services available to anyone in need. Whether it is counselling, family support, homelessness, NDIS services, mental health, aged care, youth outreach, drug and alcohol or housing support you need, we are here to help you.
