The Wimmera Regional Library Corporation provides library services for Hindmarsh Shire, Horsham Rural City Council, Northern Grampians Shire, West Wimmera Shire and Yarriambiack Shire. Library branches are located at Dimboola, Edenhope, Goroke, Harrow, Horsham, Kaniva, Nhill, St. Arnaud, Stawell and Warracknabeal. The Mobile library visits 15 locations over a two schedule.
