Lotus Rose Counseling is a women-focused therapy practice in Orem, Utah, serving women, teens, and children across Utah Valley. Our therapists specialize in trauma and PTSD, postpartum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, grief and loss, infertility, and anxiety and depression, using evidence-based approaches including EMDR, ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), and Experiential Therapy. We offer in-person sessions in Orem and telehealth across Utah, and every new client can start with a free 15-minute consultation to find the right fit. We're in-network with most major Utah insurance plans, and self-pay options are available. The work is hard, the space should feel warm, human, and safe.
