We offer therapy services for individuals and families undergoing mental health issues, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, adolescent therapy, animal-assisted therapy, to name a few. As a professional team of therapists, we cater to a wide range of mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, and issues pertaining to the LGBTQ community. We also offer addiction recovery and hypnotherapy services, along with having medication management counsellors on board.
