Saratoga Maple maintains a real Adirondack maple sugarbush on 100 acres in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. It's not open to the public, but it is a family operation and we make our maple products using traditional methods and with a lot of care. Established in 2010 by my dad as a bucket list item and with a "hobby" maple evaporator, we learned we could make great real maple syrup and have fun doing it!
