Saratoga Maple maintains a real Adirondack maple sugarbush on 100 acres in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. It's not open to the public, but it is a family operation and we make our maple products using traditional methods and with a lot of care. Established in 2010 by my dad as a bucket list item and with a "hobby" maple evaporator, we learned we could make great real maple syrup and have fun doing it! This quickly led to us expanding our equipment and moved onto a larger scale operation in 2015. We offer products that are made from New York maple syrup, including Maple Bourbon Syrup, Maple Bourbon Cream Spread, Maple Syrup Gift Baskets, Maple Candy, Maple Jelly, maple Coffee, gourmet buttermilk pancake mix, and maple gifts.
