Claudio Martincic, D.O. Dr. Martincic graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1990 and has been practicing for over 20 years in medicine and nephrology. He completed Internship, Residency, and Fellowship training at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, attaining the position of Chief Medical Resident. Academic affiliations included Clinical Assistant Professor in Medicine at the New York Medical College, Adjunct Clinical Professor of Medicine at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, and more recently Clinical Instructor of Medicine at the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Rupesh Mehta, MD A native New Yorker, Dr Mehta graduated with a medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2005. His post-graduate training included Internal Medicine Residency at Brown University in Providence, RI. He completed his Fellowship at the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension at New York Presbyterian Hospital/ Weill Cornell Medical Center in 2010. This also included training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and the Rogosin Institute, NY. Before joining Suffolk Nephrology Consultants in 2017, Dr. Mehta was in private Nephrology practice in the local area.

Dr. Nand K. Wadhwa Nephrologist Dr. Wadhwa received his MBBS and MD from University Medical College & Hospital Rohtak, India. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the same institution. He received further training in internal medicine and nephrology in the United Kingdom and received his postgraduate diploma of Member of Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK and Ireland (MRCP-UK and MRCP-Ireland) in 1982. He completed his Nephrology Fellowship at University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Cincinnati, Ohio from 1984 to 1987 and then joined Stony Brook University in 1987 as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Director of Dialysis Services at University Hospital.

Dr. Brooke Moore Nephrologist Dr. Moore graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Betta Kappa from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts in 1979, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology. She subsequently received her Medical Degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine in 1983. Her post-graduate training in Internal Medicine, as well as in Nephrology and Hypertension, was completed at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1989.
