A direct cremation is the most straightforward option, being without a ceremony. And many choose to pair a memorial service with cremation so that family and friends can gather to pay their final respects. For a non-traditional option, a life celebration is popular. This party-like event includes music, dancing, open-mic speeches, and hobby displays. Each program is customizable to the deceased. The essence of your loved one can shine through the small details of each program. You can purchase funeral products directly through the funeral home, such as caskets, urns, and vaults. If you experience a sudden death in the family, you can ask about grief resources to help connect you to friends going through a similar mourning process.
