Private Lessons (7+): Learning to play music should be fun it’s called “play” for a reason! Individual lessons develop a student’s musical and instrumental skills by combining time-tested and innovative techniques. Lessons are offered in piano, guitar, bass, drums, voice, strings, woodwinds, brass, and others. Early Education (6m–7): We are a music education center for students of all ages. Our early education classes offer energetic and fun age-appropriate music lessons that stimulate and develop fine motor control – skills that are essential for future success in playing an instrument. Kids N Keys (5-7): This is a computer/keyboard group class where students use a musical computer software program called Music Ace to start learning to identify and sight-read piano music. The students then switch over to the keyboards and apply what they have learned. The class introduces the students to the fundamentals of music and piano playing in a fun group DJ Lessons: The Beat Refinery is a school teaching the craft and tools you’ll need to become a real DJ. We combine traditional methods with new technology in a casual, fun atmosphere to develop super-star DJs! From beginners to seasoned pros, we have programs for all. Summer Camps (4+): B2R’s unique approach makes it possible for students with no previous musical training to be rocking out with a band in a matter of hours. Bands and groups are coordinated by age, grade and/or ability level. B2R teachers transform music instruction from a solitary activity to a joyous and exciting “team sport.” Bands or group ensembles learn a variety of classic rock and current pop songs and even compose original music. All students perform in a concert at the end of the week, record in our state-of-the-art studios and leave with a digitally mastered CD of songs recorded by their band or group ensemble.
