At the time, I was also doing yoga, meditation, prayer (and therapy), for 2-3 hours every single day, to be free of anxiety and to find happiness, but the more I chased it, the more elusive it all felt. In 2008, my purpose landed in my lap and my team and I have had the great gift of getting to serve thousands of amazing clients, to learn to hear THEIR body, to optimize their diets, so they sleep all night, live with amazing energy all day, feel happy and balanced within themselves, and with their children, while also healing their relationship with food and their body/mind/heart so that they easily create and sustain their dream body, health and life.
