Dr. Eubanks was born and raised in Portland, Oregon in a family of healthcare providers, and took an interest in surgery very early in his life. His passion for complex reconstructive surgery led him to pursue further training in plastic surgery at Wayne State University in Michigan, where he spent time focusing on breast, facial, upper, and lower extremity reconstruction.
