I’ve been a licensed real estate broker for 13+ years with an additional decade working in various corporate and consulting positions. My work with NewGen Technologies a start-up alternative fuel company was focused on site selection and development to strengthen the portfolio. I served with a regional commercial real estate development and sales group for several years where duties included sales, marketing, project analysis, valuations and strategic business consulting. I have maintained corporate financial and operational responsibility within the following fields over the years: real estate, renewable fuels, hotel and restaurants, marinas, consulting, wholesale and retail distribution. Additionally; I have acted as a consultant to translate information provided by CPA’s, estate attorneys, loan officers, financial planners and other professionals to make the best decision possible within the allotted time frame. I obtained my bachelor degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and hold an active real estate broker’s license in Florida. I work out of Melbourne, Florida.
