My fiance and i are moving from out of state due to my job relocating me. The whole application process from start to finish was difficult. Don't work with kathleen. She has no empathy toward people and their situations. We applied to this place knowing we have bad credit and a prior eviction. We made that known from the start. Anytime i wanted an update, i had to call the office, there was rarely any communication from them. The place we applied to is 700 sqft. 700. The listed deposit was $1,500. We were willing to pay up to $2,000, knowing our situation. She told us that she was going to need a deposit of $2,500 plus 4 months rent up front at $945. She wanted a total of $6,300 up front to move into a space that is only 700 sqft. I live in vegas and even with my credit and eviction, i've never paid more than $2,500 to move into spaces twice that size. When we finally were approved, she told us she'd take a deposit of $2,500 and no up front rent. When she sent the deposit to hold agreement, it stated that she wanted the deposit plus another $1069 the day we move in for the keys. I tried explaining that i would still need money for the moving truck, gas, and to feed my two daughters (4 and 2) and so forth. She did not care. She only cared about how much money she was getting from us. I definitely feel taken advantage of by this woman and the company. When i told her that we were going to go with another complex that treated us better and was more empathetic to our situation, she said "whatever" and hung up on me. if i could give zero stars, i would
