Power Up

Power Down
Slightly slower paced than our other classes, this vinyasa flow class provides extra attention to tight muscles and improve flexibility, this class will leave you feeling energized and a little looser.
Core Power
30 minute core-intensive class to isolate and define the muscles of your core.
Super Power
While we always do our best to provide modifications to make our classes accessible to any level, this fast paced class allows you to take your existing power yoga practice to a new level by offering advanced poses and vinyasa sequencing.
Prenatal Power Flow
Designed to give you a fulfilling and challenging workout safely while pregnant, this flow class helps you build the strength and energy you’ll need to maintain a fit pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery.

Designed to be experienced together or on their own, our signature power yoga series offers variety and challenge to keep the both the body and mind engaged:
Cardio Flow
We’ve energized a traditional vinyasa flow class by incorporating interval training designed to elevate the heart rate and provide full body toning with traditional power yoga asanas.
Yoga Sculpt
Using your own body weight and the occasional assistance of an additional apparatus, we target the muscles of your core and upper body through traditional vinyasa, core-isolation, and various arm balances and upper body intensive asanas.
Vinyasa Burn
Using the fire built by vinyasa sequencing and asanas targeting your lower body, we focus on the big muscle groups of your powerhouse, providing toning and increased strength.
SEMINARS & WORKSHOPS
Workshops
Take your practice to the next level! 1.5 to 2 hour intensive classes tthat focus on a unique portion of your practice. Whether it’s a specific series, inversion, arm balance, or mindfulness, these monthly classes are an opportunity to explore your power and growth both on and off the mats.
