Bayside Yoga is located near both Pembroke/Town Center and Bayside/LCNAB. We offer classes for true beginners, 50+ yogis, intermediate and advanced students, and prenatal/postnatal women. The studio is peaceful and promotes introspection because of it's dim lighting and quiet atmosphere. We have morning and evening classes all week. Our prices are affordable and we offer scholarships and work exchange programs to those in financial need. We also offer Ayurvedic Health Counseling and Thai Yoga Massage. The NEWLY UPDATED Studio 8 Hot Yoga has been Hampton Roads' very first hot yoga studio since 2004 with certified, experienced instructors that teach students body alignment, breath control, and mindful movement. We have Heated & Non-heated group and private classes: Foundations, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Nidra, and Athletic Movement. We are certified through Yoga Alliance to offer Continued Education for teachers, and we're working on 200, 300, and 500 hour teacher training certifications. Contact us for more information.
