Behavioral Medicine Associates' Psychologists provide services as part of the injured worker's New York State Workers' Compensation Program and No-Fault Insurance. We have offices in the five boroughs of New York (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, & Staten Island) Long Island (Nassau county and Suffolk county) and upstate NY (Westchester county and Orange county). We treat injured workers and those involved in car accidents suffering from conditions such as anxiety disorders (post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, and phobias) depression, relationship issues, anger, stress, sleep disorders, pain disorders, work problems, grief and loss. Treatments may include cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, self-instructional training, exposure therapy, relaxation training, meditation, mindfulness training, acceptance and psychosocial support.
