The lockset wasn’t working properly and so I called Express Locksmith Store to fix it. Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly. He also observed a problem with the doors and noticed that they weren’t aligned right, so he even set that straight. Everything works without a hitch now, all thanks to Eric. If anyone asks me for a recommendation on locksmiths from Portsmouth, VA, I’ll always tell them to take a look at https://www.Portsmouth.Express-Locksmith-Store.com and call them. The lock on my door was a special decorative one and the locksmith I had originally purchased it from went out of business a year ago. It was dilapidated now and I needed a new one exactly like it, as it blended seamlessly with the rest of the home décor. I doubted if anyone would have a replica to it, but I was determined to ask around. I asked in a couple of places but none of them seemed to have it. Gary, the technician handling my request, told me they didn’t have it but asked me to wait 24 hours. Sure enough, the next day, he arrived at my premises with the lock I wanted.

I never realized just how many times I’ve been duped by locksmiths before I met David from Express Locksmith Store. Until that point, I believed that locksmith services were, in general, quite expensive. The first time I called him in for lock replacement, I’d already whipped out a couple hundred bucks from my wallet because that’s exactly what the locksmiths I’d hired earlier charged me. But David barely charged me half of what I expected! It was unbelievable that my ignorance had cost me so much of my hard-earned money!
