The final grade will have enough pitch for proper drainage. A vapor barrier is laid on the base followed by wire mesh reinforcement. The wire will be placed in the middle of the concrete slab during the pour. All work is done according to code. Basement Waterproofing: We will thoroughly examine your wet basement, identify problem areas and recommend a solution that will keep your basement dry. This may include exterior excavation and installing drain pipe and gravel.
