Garage Floors / Basement Floors / Basement Walls: If your existing garage or basement floor is stained, cracked or uneven, now is the time to do something about it. Give us a call. Our prices are very competitive. Your existing garage or basement floor is removed and hauled away. The gravel sub base is checked and regraded if necessary. The base is re-compacted. The final grade will have enough pitch for proper drainage. A vapor barrier is laid on the base followed by wire mesh reinforcement. The wire will be placed in the middle of the concrete slab during the pour. All work is done according to code. Basement Waterproofing: We will thoroughly examine your wet basement, identify problem areas and recommend a solution that will keep your basement dry. This may include exterior excavation and installing drain pipe and gravel.
