Andrew from Elite Locksmith Services is just amazing! I called him up on a weekend, yet he didn’t hesitate to come all the way to my home in Long Beach! He arrived within 20 minutes. He’s got a remarkable personality. Friendly, fun and courteous, he kept explaining every step of the process so I wouldn’t feel left out. In fact, when he was done with fixing the locks, I felt a lot more enriched with fresh locksmithing knowledge! He even gave me great advice on maintaining the locks in good condition during the winters.

I had an early flight and my lock had chosen the worst moment to get jammed. After dialing a gazillion numbers, I almost concluded that no one was gonna turn up to help at such a late hour. My home was in a remote locality in Long Beach, and it was a personal choice I’d made to ensure I get some peace and quiet. Situations like these, however, make me question if I made the right decision moving to such an inaccessible locality. Thankfully, the last number I dialed - 516-408-2415 - was of Elite Locksmith Services! Jones immediately agreed to get there and as promised, he was at my place within thirty minutes. He got the lock working again in no time. While I wasn’t worried really about the prices since I just needed the job done, it was an added bonus to know that it had cost me less than 50 bucks.

David is a pro! I’d hired locksmiths from other firms, who merely asked me to throw the digital lock and buy a new one, but I wasn’t going to let it go so easily. After all, I’d bought it for 400 bucks. David from Elite Locksmith Services was a smart worker - he immediately identified the problem and managed to fix the lock. Wish other locksmiths were as knowledgeable as him! Great job guys! I read on their site https://www.LongBeach.Elite-Locksmith-Services.com that they provided a complete security overhaul as well.
