Joint locking/breaking: Various joint locks are employed, including wrist locks, arm bars, and small joint manipulation.
Some of the techniques you will learn:
Hand Striking: Palm, fist, wrist, finger, boxing, closed hand, open hand, arm, shoulder and pressure-point striking techniques.
Kicking Techniques: Spinning, jumping, combination, double-leg, and pressure-point kicks.
Throwing and Grappling: Body throws, projection throws, leg throws, pressure point grappling, grappling defense, wrestling, and ground-fighting techniques.
Falling Principles: Falling techniques are taught in by Kwon Sa Nim Shawn Shervan. These techniques allow a practitioner to fall into a variety of positions whilst minimizing injury.
Animal-Style Techniques: Lion, Tiger, Praying Mantis, Crane, Dragon, Snake, Bear, Eagle etc.
Fitness and Self Defense Weapons Training: Sword short, long, single, straight and inverted, Staff: Short, middle and long, single, Nunchaku, Stick, Knife, Spear, Trident, Cane, Belt, Rope, Steel Fan, Chain.
Buddhist Martial Arts Healing Methods: Acupressure, acupuncture, internal energy development, supplementation, herbal treatments.
