He holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, has been accredited as a Sr. Professional in HR (SPHR), and is recognized as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Larry is a prominent author and speaker on utilizing performance, total compensation and integrated growth solutions to drive productivity, profitability and organizational effectiveness. Larry has designed, developed and facilitated numerous courses for corporate clients; served as Compensation Instructor for UCLA, Adjunct Professor for Antioch College, guest instructor for University of Redlands, Loyola Marymount, California State University-Northridge, & California Lutheran University.
