I have been practicing Osteopathic Family Medicine in Plano, Texas since 1988 and am Board Certified in Family Practice. In keeping with Osteopathic principles, I believe in integrating conventional medicine with holistic therapies. With extensive training in osteopathic manipulative medicine — including cranial sacral, high velocity low amplitude (HVLA), muscle energy, myofascial release, trigger point injections and lymphatic therapy — I am able to remove barriers to healing.I chose to become an Osteopathic physician because it is congruent with my beliefs that the body is self healing. The body is designed to return us to health. I see the physician's role as removing obstacles to this natural process. Treatment may include conservative use of medications, lifestyle changes, specific exercises and a variety of complementary therapies.
