Called AAA to tow my Honda Civic today. The guy called and asked me if my Civic has any special body work or was dropped. I said no, it’s factory. He said ok no problem. I’ll pick yours up behind the flatbed. When we got it to the Mechanic’s place, he had some trouble getting it off the mount and grabbed the bumper in the middle and yanked it off. He then quickly left. I noticed then that the bumper was split in the middle and the side was popped off. I called AAA who opened a case and said that Abiud would get back to me. He did and I met up with him back at the vehicle. He took some pictures and halfway fixed the side (it’s still broken). When I asked about the split in the middle, he took some pictures and called his boss. After waiting 10 more minutes, he told me his boss said to call AAA, that he wasn’t doing anything else to fix the problem they caused. BEWARE! These guys don’t stand by their work and don’t seem to know what their doing.
