The postures are done in the safe environment of a heated room so that deep penetration of the heat can relieve muscle resistance without risking injury. All of our instructors at Bikram Yoga Mid Atlantic are rigorously trained by Bikram Choudhury at Bikram's Yoga College of India. This level of certification is the highest given through the Yoga Alliance (over 700 hours)
