So 4-Star is hardly a one star! This company is a disaster! They sent a bill to me, (and I presume 36 other homeowners) with a 380% increase, convenient payment book, but first payment was due 1/1/20 after receiving the bill 12/20/19. The first installment was $436.00! Hardly a great time of year for this amount, unless you are the receiver. Additionally, we mere 37 homeowners (and they told me some don't pay-which is why a make-up fee of $350.00 was assessed from $205 per year to $780.00. There's lots more uncovered,but I'm exhausted.
