A NY state licensed acupuncturist & herbalist, nationally certified as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Diplo. OM) with extensive training in electroacupuncture, orthopedics, sports medicine, pelvic floor, dry needling, trigger point therapy, neuropuncture and manual therapy. We use a neuroscience approach with our acupuncture treatments. Meaning our treatments are evidence based and work by neuromodulating and rehabilitating the nervous system. Our acupuncture treatments are great for sports injuries, orthopedics, pain management, digestive health, anxiety and more.

Annalisa has a Master of Science in Acupuncture from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM), the largest school of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the US. This intensive 5 year program of study combines both Chinese and western medical coursework and includes more than 3,000 hours of clinical experience. Annalisa is designated a Diplomate of Acupuncture by the National Commission on the Certification of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and holds two certifications in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture. Having worked in both the business and arts worlds of NYC prior to her practice, Annalisa knows how hectic our lives are here. As a native Brooklynite- born in Kensington and currently living here again (for 11 years now), Annalisa is excited to build this practice in the community and become a fixture here.
