In the context of warm, authentic relationships, we provide therapy based on social science research: treatments that have been proven to help people find real solutions to real problems. In our practice: clients are accepted whole-heartedly and become the hero of their own stories. We provide a safe environment, affirming relationships, and science-based therapy. Our clients become empowered to make meaning from trauma and conquer phobias, anxiety, and depression. Learning effective tools, clients manage distress, resolve conflict, and create more abundant, meaningful and joyful lives. We practice Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gottman-informed couples counseling.
