She completed her Internal Medicine residency in 1994 at Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University, Stryy Central Town Hospital, in Stryy, Ukraine. Starting her medical career in her home country of Ukraine in 1994, Dr. Marroquin came to the United States in 2010, settling in Humble, Texas, and working at Memorial Hermann Hospital as a Patient Access Representative while pursuing her Texas medical license. Before coming to Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, Dr. Marroquin was on staff at MedExpress Urgent Care in Spring, Texas."

Sebastian Scobercea, M.D., earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry with an emphasis in biochemistry at Northwestern University in 1992. In 1996, he received his medical degree at Loyola University of Chicago-Stritch School of Medicine. Dr. Scobercea completed his residency at Lutheran General Hospital in Family Medicine. Prior to moving to Texas, he worked for eight years as a family physician in Illinois. Dr. Scobercea is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Texas Medical Association and the Harris County Medical Society. When Dr. Scobercea is not caring for his patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, playing golf, traveling and playing in the Celebration Orchestra at his church.
