Dr. Benjamin Mwanika is a Family Medicine and Sports Medicine physician at Kelsey-Seybold in the Orthopedics department. He completed his medical degree at Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine/Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. He completed his Family Medicine residency at WW Knight/The Toledo Hospital in Toledo, OH. In addition, he completed his sports medicine fellowship at Sports Care/ University of Toledo. Double board certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine, Dr. Mwanika treats patients of all ages for a variety of ailments. He provides care for sports and musculoskeletal injuries of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, fingers, hips, knees, ankle, and feet. His clinical interests include treating sports injuries and stress/overuse injuries.
