Tiffany Nassif is a physician assistant in the Orthopedics department at Kelsey-Seybold's Berthelsen Main Campus and Spring Medical and Diagnostic Center. She received her Bachelor of Science in psychology at Baylor University in Waco in 2015 and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2019 at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Tiffany completed clinical rotations in Gynecology, Emergency Medicine, Mental Health, Primary Care, Neurology, Rheumatology, Neurosurgery, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Pediatrics, and Orthopedics. She joined Kelsey-Sebold's Orthopedics department in 2019.

After graduating from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine, Dr. Tschen received his Fifth Pathway certificate from New York Medical College. He then completed his General Surgery training at Loma Linda University Medical Center in California, followed by a fellowship in Colon and Rectal surgery with The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. American College of Surgeons, American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons. When he's not seeing patients, Dr. Tschen enjoys auto racing and mechanics, as well as tennis. Dr. Tschen enjoys a good steak, tres leches cake and movies starring Chris Pratt or Jennifer Lawrence. His role model was his father. The best advice he's ever received was, "work hard."

Sarah Weakley, MD is a general surgery specialist with General and Vascular Surgeons of Houston in Houston, TX. Dr. Anef Niaz earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2012, graduating cum laude. He earned his medical degree at St. Matthew's University School of Medicine in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, in 2017. In 2020, he completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center - Pinnacle in Harrisburg, Pa., where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Niaz completed his Sports Medicine fellowship at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Lafayette in 2022, during which he served as team physician for the University of Louisiana Lafayette D1 athletics, including football, men's and women's basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, track and field, cross country, men's and women's tennis, golf, volleyball, and cheer. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in March 2022.

Tarah Alvarez is a certified physician assistant in Kelsey-Seybold's Bariatric Surgery department. She earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Abilene Christian University in 2006 and her physician assistant master's degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2009. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold in October 2021, Tarah managed pediatric urgent care patients at Nightlight Pediatric Urgent Care.

Justin Chronister, M.D., is a fellowship trained board certified Orthopedic Surgeon serving Houston, TX and surrounding communities. He is a native Houstonian who after completing his Sports medicine fellowship at the world-renowned Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Birmingham, Alabama, returned to serve the community he grew up in. Dr. Chronister specializes in treatment of sports related injuries, ligament tears, & arthritic conditions of knee, shoulder, hip & elbow. He focuses on joint and cartilage preservation, using the most up to date medical technology and the least invasive tissue sparing procedures possible. His broad interests have given him experience in treating all levels of athletes and age groups.
