Personal Training Associates provides in-home or in-gym personal training anywhere in the greater DC metro area. When we founded PTA, we particularly wanted to work with people over the age of 40. However, as it turned out, our personalized approach using lots of positive feedback works well with everyone - whatever your age or exercise background. The company has now grown to over 12 trainers, but the importance we attach to our relationship with every single client has not changed. We offer weight management programs, toning and conditioning, sport specific training, just about anything you might need in the exercise area. We'd love to hear from you.
