Organic sourdough, handmade croissants, breakfast tartines and specialty coffee a quiet Le Pain Quotidien is a Belgian bakery and restaurant at 97th and Madison, steps from Museum Mile and the heart of the Upper East Side. We've been bakers since the beginning every morning starts with organic sourdough, slow fermentation and fresh-baked loaves. Stop in before the Met, settle in for a long weekend brunch or grab a tartine and specialty coffee to go. Our menu is built around simple, wholesome food: croissants, eggs, seasonal salads, soups, house-made desserts and a full selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes. All made with natural ingredients, and organic wherever possible. Dine in at our communal table or take away open from 6:30am Monday to Friday.
