We offer mechanical and electrical design, engineering, integration, manufacturing, assembly, installation, metrology, maintenance, and repair services; moreover, sell and support products from world-class manufacturers including but not limited to ACU-RITE, CIMCO, CLAUSING, FANUC, HEIDENHAIN, and RENISHAW. OUR MISSION: It is our mission to provide precision machine tool products, services, and solutions that produces high-quality high-yield results. OUR HISTORY: IMS was founded by Gary L. Martin, Sr. and Carl A. Chung in 2005. The founders worked together for many years at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) in the Manufacturing and Materials Engineering Division (MMED) designing, manufacturing, assembling, and testing cutting-edge nano-precision motion control systems and assemblies that include but are not limited to diamond turning machines (DTM), extreme ultraviolet lithography (EUVL) instrumentation, and destructive and nondestructive ultra-precision motion control platforms for Government and Private industry. On January 9, 2006, the founders adopted a California Limited Liability Company (LLC), and set out to provide innovative machine solutions to businesses and individuals worldwide.
