Martin, Sr. and Carl A. Chung in 2005. The founders worked together for many years at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) in the Manufacturing and Materials Engineering Division (MMED) designing, manufacturing, assembling, and testing cutting-edge nano-precision motion control systems and assemblies that include but are not limited to diamond turning machines (DTM), extreme ultraviolet lithography (EUVL) instrumentation, and destructive and nondestructive ultra-precision motion control platforms for Government and Private industry. On January 9, 2006, the founders adopted a California Limited Liability Company (LLC), and set out to provide innovative machine solutions to businesses and individuals worldwide.
