I am so frustrated. I spoke to customer service twice after being left on hold. I have been in several hospitals and Veterans Facilities for almost 13 months off and on and I am so annoyed that for a second time in less than a year the Ninja made a smelly smoking mess and I was already given a replacement blender top and as I'm watching this nutrition ninja product it reminded me of how my unit sits and now that I'm diabetic and trying to lose the 90 pounds I gained and I want this thing replaced. It's a fire hazard. I'm a disabled veteran in a wheel chair and I burned 2 fingers as I took the blender top off and touched the unit and got a blister burn and did take pictures of this for future reference. I see Mr Rosen talking about this Warranty and VIP service guarantee and they claim to take care of the consumer. We'll I'm sure I will have no response just like the phone. So I feel I need to share this and get the word out it'd not all its cracked up to be. The cord is gooey and they just replace the tops and I'm so annoyed. Maybe the Better Business Bureau can help.
