I ordered a complete Shark vacuum. I saw an infomercial on TV. They said if I changed my mind I could cancel it the next day. I called to cancel it and they said they could not do that because it has gone out. I find that hard to believe since they really haven't had time to process all their orders. I wasn't real happy. Guess I will call my bank and dispute the charge.

DO NOT BUY the NInja 3 in 1 cooking unit, I have gotten burned 3 different ways by this product, first, the steam coming off of the lid, then the handles to the cooking unit, they aer the same color as the grabbing handles and third, when you pick the lid up, there is massive hot water that drips off of it, with that being said, i now have a 3rd degree burn on the top of my foot. This device is very dangerous and all you get is the runaround from the company

Bad experiences. This company sucks. No responsibility. When you call you are given the run around and no one wants to take responsibility. trust me when I say the product sucks and the customer service even less. If you do call in I just hope to god that the customer service supervisor called Lonnie or Vonnie ID # 53382 does not answer the phone as she is the most arrogant and demeaning customer service advisor that I have ever had the displeasure of talking to.
