Our style "Calm Water" was created by 5th degree black belt John Lee. He created a style of self-defense that empowers everyone to take care of themselves, should a threat present itself. John is a 17+ year law enforcement officer and a Florida State certified defensive tactics instructor. He teaches cops, military, civilians, adults, children, men, women -there is a class for everyone. The child classes are based upon stranger danger and bully defense and have more traditional values than the adult class.
