Mr Popper was requested to remedy a building project that was not completed correctly. The foundation, framing and drywall was never placed correctly on a spec home. Most contractors that I have worked with would run away from such a project. Michael defined the problems, initiated a remedy, documented the mistakes, and repaired the home in a few weeks thus saving the rental season. He is professional, honest, and patient. I am most impressed with his abilities and work ethic. In an era where builders claim bankruptcy regularly for poor workmanship, it is encouraging to deal with a professional. Highly recommended!!!!!
