Since 1998, BCSS has collected, transported, treated and safely returned to the environment over 3.1 billion gallons of sewer. Baldwin County Sewer Service has a "Switch to Sewer" program that provides incentives for septic tank users to connect to public sewer and is the only sewer provider in the county to provide 24/7 on-site customer service. BCSS maintains generators and portable pumps capable of running the entire system in case of emergency.
