The Skagit Conservation District is a political subdivision of the State of Washington.
The mission of the Skagit Conservation District is to provide voluntary, incentive based options that support working landscapes while protecting and enhancing our natural resource land base. Conservation plans are provided for free to operators of farms and landowners as the SCD is funded with local, state, and federal grants.
