CONSUMERS BEWARE! Please check the BBB complaints currently on this company. The company may be knowingly engaging in deceptive trade practices and knowingly buying contracts from vendors which violate federal laws! These vendors may use "robo-call" solicitations that are a violation of federal law. They also use "telephone spoofing", which is a fake number that comes up on your caller ID. This is also a violation of federal law! If you were solicited by a "robo-call" (which is an automated call, currently starting with "Hello seniors..since you have been recommended by a friend or family member...." which is FRAUD! If youwere solicited for this product/service via a "robo-call" I highly recommend you file a formal complaint with the FTC, attn Mr. Bandy and also with the BBB in New York. You may also contact the state attorney general in your state to file a formal complaint. I have spoken directly with Lifewatch Inc about this situations. I was transferred to a man identified as "Doug" who I was told was a VP at the company. "Doug was both arrogant and rude when I explained the nature of the call and my specific desire to get the information of the vendor for this specific order. He stated they buy contracts from HUNDREDS of vendors, however the consumer is never told that this service is made by a vendor and sold to Lifewatch Inc.!
